If your regular physician is hesitant to prescribe a diabetic alert service dog, please consider Justin C.K. Davis, M.D.  He has our highest recommendation and is licensed in both Florida and California.  He will require that you fax your medical records to him before your appointment.  He is available for in person appointments as well as video conference from anywhere in the world.  He and his office are simply wonderful.
